Easy content management system

Manage screens and content, schedule by date and time, run every shop, and raise tickets for support and new features, all from one dashboard.

The Paarda dashboard: a greeting banner, counts of shops, screens and screens online, screens that need attention, and today's scheduled media.
The Paarda sign-in page, with the email and password form beside a photograph of a shop floor full of digital screens.

Screens

The shop page for Broad Street Café in London: five screens online, two playlists, and the list of screens with their resolution, orientation, ad placements and when each was last seen.
  • Pair in minutes

Add a screen, then type its code on the TV. Nothing to install or set up on the device.

  • Organised by shop

Every screen sits under the shop it hangs in and runs on that shop's own clock.

  • Always know what's on

Online or offline, what it's playing and when it last checked in. Reset a TV remotely.

Content

The calendar: what each of Broad Street Café's screens is showing, day by day, on the shop's London clock, with today's clips and their hours listed beside it.
  • A library for every shop

Images and video, cropped once for landscape or portrait.

  • Loops and playlists

Arrange the loop, trim a video, and save a loop as a playlist to reuse.

  • Schedules

Play a clip between two dates, on chosen weekdays, or at set times of day.

Artwork and help

The support page, where tickets are raised and followed: content reviews, a plan upgrade, and artwork for a screen in progress.
  • Artwork on request

Brief new artwork from the dashboard. Plans include an artwork allowance.

  • Support tickets

Raise a ticket with screenshots attached and follow it through to done.

Video walls

The video wall editor for the Window wall at Broad Street Café: three portrait screens side by side on the canvas, one video of a bouncing ball playing across all of them.
  • One picture, many screens

Line the screens up on the dashboard and one video plays across all of them, each showing its own piece.

  • Or the same on every screen

Play one loop on every screen in the wall, all switching at the same moment.

  • Kept in step

Every screen keeps to one clock, so the picture crosses the gaps between them as one.

Proof of play

The proof of play report: 51,596 plays over the last seven days across five screens and six adverts, with a chart of plays by day and a Download CSV button.
  • Every play counted

Where and when each advert played, by day, screen and advert, on each shop's own clock.

  • Download as CSV

Take the plays away hour by hour, to share with advertisers or keep for your records.

How it works

  2. 2

    Send it the artwork

Upload images or video to the shop's library, arrange the loop and press Publish. The screen switches over within seconds.

  3. 3

    See that it's playing

Every screen reports back to your dashboard: online or offline, what it is showing and when it was last seen. No trip to the shop to check.
